Typhoon Hato hit Hong Kong this morning, the first typhoon 10 to land here since Typhoon Vicente five years ago. Hato’s hurricane force winds have brought chaos to much of the city – see clips on our Facebook page – and Time Out Hong Kong was down in Kennedy Town to witness it first-hand.
