The infamous Vietnamese food stall owner is coming to Hong Kong's Co Thanh to cook up a storm.

Nguyen Thi Thành (aka, The Lunch Lady), has been serving a daily rotation of noodle soups at her Ho Chi Minh City food stall since 1995. The 300 bowls of noodle soup usually sell out by 1pm and though she has always maintained a large local following, she found global fame after being featured on Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations.

Co Thanh was founded by her one and only apprentice, Brian Woo and named after the lady herself (Co Thanh translates to Madam Thanh). She's popping over for her first visit to Hong Kong and will be whipping up a handmade, off-menu dish as part of the restaurant's grand opening on July 27. Pop by between midday-3pm for lunch and 5.30pm-10pm for dinner...and expect long lines!

July 27, 12-3pm and 5.30pm-10pm.
