To celebrate six years in Hong Kong, Japanese ramen joint Ippudo is launching a special uni ramen along with some limited edition treats.
The special edition uni ramen uses a cold broth of French consommé with Japanese dashi stock, topped with rich uni sauce. It comes served with medium-thickness noodles and toppings include salmon roe, soft-boiled egg, barbecue pork and of course, a generous portion of creamy uni. Only a limited quantity of this ramen is served daily, so don't dilly dally!
Also new on the menu is the Zucca roll - a deep fried pumpkin roll served with sweet honey dipping sauce and Nagoya torishin chicken wings karaage. These double-fried wings use chicken from Nagoya, made with a secret recipe by renowned chicken restaurant Torikai in Japan and dipped in a sweet and savory red wine sauce.
The dishes are available at all of Ippudo's branches, so you know what uni-eed to do!
