After a slow-burn build over the last couple of months the line-up for Hong Kong's inaugural Creamfields is complete. The final addition comes by way of American DJ Kaskade who's plaudits include grammy nominations, chart-topping albums and remixes for the likes of Lady Gaga and Beyoncé. Line-up in full for the December 15 and 16 festival is as follows:
