Combining several of our favourite ingredients, The Envoy’s bar manager Hungie Wong has concocted a kick ass tipple that’s tasty and easy on the eyes in equal measure. Their Does It Burn blends Michter’s bourbon, mezcal, Aperol, earl grey and red apple syrup, Dr Adam Elmegirab’s teapot bitters and bourbon barrel smoke, all garnished with cinnamon and a slice of wood. It’s a punchy sip, perfect on a summer’s evening on The Envoy’s outdoor terrace.
