We love the Winter Wonderland Trio, featuring three exquisitely crafted items from the kitchen of cake designer Vivien Lau. Jingle Jingle ($980, 1.6lbs) is a glittery Christmas tree-shaped Red Velvet and buttercream design livened by dreamy watercolours, and topped with confetti and metallic pearls as ‘ornaments’, and even topped with a beaming silver star. Have yourself a Frosty Christmas ($650, 1lb) with Vive’s ice blue creation, featuring Lau’s signature drip design. Topped with shimmery chocolate shards, the hearty sweet maple syrup and walnut-flavoured cake is also adorned with meringue kisses, macarons and chocolate snowballs. For an extras special treat, you can’t look past Noelle ($1,500, 1.7lbs). This jaw-dropping two-tiered rich chocolate cake filled with apricots and smooth milk chocolate ganache, and topped with a 3D, handmade pastel Christmas wreath.
