Zero-waste cocktails presented during the shifts will use the freshest microgreens locally grown by Common Farms, an indoor specialty produce farm that advocates sustainable agriculture and preserves the ingredients’ nutrients with minimal wastage and food miles.

Mixologist Peter Chua is kicking off the guest shift series at MO Bar from 6pm to 9pm. Chua, the man behind Singapore’s acclaimed Night Hawk, will transport you to a new world with his urban alienation-themed, immersive cocktail creations.
