Each ingredient in The Macallan whisky has a distinct journey, reflecting its production, origin, and environmental impact. For nearly two centuries, The Macallan has prioritised nature, respecting the environment and community. These values are integral to the creation of their renowned spirit. They safeguard the resources and biodiversity of the River Spey and The Macallan Estate, and collaborate responsibly with channels and partners to source and handle wood and barley for their whisky.

This season, The Macallan partners with acclaimed Asian mixologists to champion sustainability. Experience their exclusive guest shifts at MO Bar, Quinary, and The St. Regis Bar – handpicked venues that share The Macallan's commitment to excellence, heritage, and craftsmanship.

Zero-waste cocktails presented during the shifts will use the freshest microgreens locally grown by Common Farms, an indoor specialty produce farm that advocates sustainable agriculture and preserves the ingredients’ nutrients with minimal wastage and food miles.
