Somm

The Landmark Mandarin Oriental's revamped food and beverage programme includes Somm, a casual restaurant and wine bar with a huge selection of over 1,600 Champagnes, wines and sakes. The restaurant is filled out with walnut wood, which evokes a wine barrel in its design and is laid out so that the team of sommeliers – including a sake somm – can easily give you the attention you deserve. The seasonal menus are made to enhance the wine you're drinking, too.
