Some·Young and Gerry Olino bar shift at Dara

With the restobar now operating at full capacity, Sai Ying Pun’s new Filipino joint Dara will be hosting a special bar shift with 2017 Diageo Reserve World Class Philippines winner Royce Pua. Pua is the founder of Some·Young, a bottled drink brand in the Philippines concocting specialty cocktails, and was previously at William Grant & Sons as well as Prima Facie, a hidden speakeasy-style bar located in the heart of Manila. Along with Pua, Oro and Top Town's Gerry Olino – previously of The Daily Tot and Ming Fat House – will also be making a guest appearance.
