The latest Sake Central collab sees the PMQ destination pair up with luxury Ecuadorian chocolate brand To’ak. With a unique emphasis on terroir and barrel-ageing, To’ak produces small editions of single-origin Ecuadorian dark chocolate from some of the oldest and rarest varieties of cacao beans on Earth. Try To’ak’s premium selection alongside some of Sake Central’s favourite sake, shochu, and awamori.
