Go for something elegant and light at Aqua Spirit, where the jaw-dropping view of Victoria Harbour will surely impress. Romantically named Rosebud Dusk ($128), this new cocktail on the menu contains citrus-forward gin and royal botanical tonic water infused with oxalis for 24 hours. For an extra touch of romance, the drink is adorned with a trail of crushed rose petals to elevate its taste and aroma.

If you would rather let your hair down instead of dressing it up, head to Rummin’ Tings and participate in the V-Day special “Screw’D” party! Upon purchasing a beverage, you will be given a screw or a bolt, then all you have to do is find your other half by matching the right pair of screws and bolts, and you’ll get another round on the house! Even if you’re not looking to be partnered up by fate, you can still get two drinks for just $80. We’ll drink to that!

Wrap up your evening with a few drinks at Lee Lo Mei, and sip on their seasonal cocktail Love in Bloom ($118). The drink is a mix of gin with delicate peach, yuzu, and rose flavours, topped off with bubbly prosecco and beautiful edible flowers. Sweet and refreshing, just like your date (feel free to use this cheesy line).

Looking for a Spicy Lover ($90)? Look no further than Terrible Baby where mixologist Edgar Santillan is shaking up a rum cocktail with Disaronno, Heering Cherry liqueur, orange and mandrin bitters, lemon, hazelnut syrup, and egg white. Garnished with fiery pink peppercorns, this fruity and nutty cocktail with a side of heat is perfect for firing up your Valentine’s evening.

Those who fancy a peek at Cupid’s Coconuts ($99) should make their way to Frank’s, where this cheekily-named cocktail is available exclusively for the entire week of February 14. Made with lemongrass-infused vodka, lychee juice, kaffir lime leaves, as well as roselle and vanilla syrup, this alluring cocktail is garnished with a red, velvety rose petal. Frank's also has an excellent selection of mocktails available on the menu. From a Wild Martini ($79) featuring fresh citrus juices and a wasabi-infused syrup to a blushing pink Lychini ($79) made with lychee, coconut water, and grenadine, these creative beverages can surely sweeten up any date.
