Johnnie Walker and Chinese Library collaborate for a limited time chestnut pairing menu for the whole month of November. Enjoy four special chestnut dishes that match perfectly with the smoky, nutty aroma of John Walker & Sons XR 21 ($278 per 50ml dram of whisky), a blend of rare grains and malts from John Walker's private reserves of whiskies from the ghost distillery Port Dundas and Speyside distilleries Mortlach and Cardhu, among others. Dishes include a baked chicken and chestnut tart, braised fish maw with chestnut and caviar in chicken broth, chanterelle and chestnut rice, and chestnut sponge cake.
