Brooklyn Nights at Sake Central

One of New York’s most successful breweries, Brooklyn Brewery is bringing to Hong Kong a line-up of six unique beers available for a free tasting all night long, including the famous – and currently unavailable in Hong Kong – Sorachi Ace beer (available by the bottle after the tasting if you want more). Five other Brooklyn brews will be available including Saison Kitaya 2015, Serpent 2015, K is for Kriek 2014, Topspin 2014 and Black Ops 2016.

For those more into the sake side of things, worry not. This is your chance to try the much heralded Brooklyn Kura, among the best proof that great sake can be made outside Japan. Made in the heart of New York City, Sake Central is the first location in Hong Kong to stock Brooklyn Kura and it’ll be available from Wednesday 3rd. Try it here first.

As well as all this boozing, popular dishes from Sake Central’s food menu will be paired with the beer (and sake) and available à la carte to keep hunger pains away.
