Zhao Yiqian: Deja Vu

Chinese contemporary artist Zhao Yiqian showcases paintings of seemingly random objects and memories. The Shenyang native believes that experiences are a creation of memory and learning. His works demonstrate this by layering different images on top of one another, from scenes of home life to explosions, to allow viewers to come to their own conclusions about his work.
