Xia Xiaowan & Chen Hui: Aura

A duo exhibition for Xia Xiaowan and Chen Hui, two hugely talented Chinese artists, come by Tang Contemporary Art to view their dramatic portraits and fantastical oil and watercolour paintings respectively. With a shared theme of exploring aura and humanity, witness Xia’s observations of human nature through creations and depictions of strange creatures and Chen’s digging into hidden depths and psychological states with her theatrical-like portraits.
