The Lost Time Travel Machine

With a long fascination of all things local and nostalgic, Hong Kong artist Angela Yuen uses manufactured plastic toys, old-fashioned stationeries, and the city’s most iconic objects to create playful 3D sculptures and installations. Exploring cultural elements that represent Hong Kong’s history and culture, this solo exhibition showcases the artist’s signature sculptures, both kinetic and static, that light up and cast beautiful silhouettes of Hong Kong’s magnificent skyline and lively local street scenes.
