Two dozen works by the internationally renowned Japanese artist Tadashi Kawamata are on display at Over the Influence gallery. Mostly known for his use of simple jettisoned materials such as reclaimed lumber and old chairs, view works of his ongoing series of nests and tree huts, as well as small wooden structures, which hopes to evoke childhood memories and suggest transient shelters built by the homeless.
