When in Cheung Chau, look out for multi-coloured metal shutters on Hing Lung Back Street bearing the words ‘Cheung Chau Sugarman’ in Chinese. This is the domain of sugar pulling master Do Wun, whose skills are unparalleled. His work is shockingly detailed, and usually depicts auspicious animals and legendary beasts from traditional Chinese folklore.
