Phillips (West Kowloon)

Phillips' new Asia headquarters in Hong Kong's WKCDA Tower spans 52,000 sq ft across six floors, featuring spaces for auctions, exhibitions, offices, a cafe, and a VIP lounge. Designed by LAAB Architects, the interiors prioritize openness, flexibility, and innovation, with a ground floor gallery and sale room featuring transparent glass facades for public participation. The subtle design enhances artwork visibility, with infrastructure carefully hidden in white ceilings, columns, walls, and solid oak flooring.
