Mukashi Mukashi by Bao Ho

From transforming local shop gates and school façades to working with international brands such as Nike and Google, Hong Kong-based artist Bao Ho is set to present her first Hong Kong exhibition in three years. Titled Mukashi Mukashi (which translates to 'once upon a time' in Japanese), Bao's solo show features more than 20 carefully selected prints that perfectly illustrate the artist's drawing style reminiscent of doodling and manga art. Through whimsical characters and creatures, vibrant imaginary worlds inspired by the scenes of everyday life in Hong Kong, and Bao's meticulous execution of freehand drawing, audiences will be led into the artist's fun and creative inner world.
