BBC Good Food Show Scotland

Annual large-scale celebration of food and drink, with hundreds of exhibitors, live cookery demonstrations and interviews with celebrity chefs. This year's guests include Mary Berry, Tom Kitchin, Neil Forbes, Paul Hollywood and Michel Roux Jr, many of whom will also be on hand to sign your favourite cookery book (though it'd help if they wrote it, of course).
