Following the announcement earlier this month that The Arches is to enter administration after the loss of its clubs license (which helped to fund its art and theatre work), a protest has been held in Glasgow against the council's licensing decision. DJs, theatre directors, artists and fans of the multi-arts venue joined forces for the colourful demonstration at the City Chambers to call for The Arches to be saved.
