Temps de Flors

Girona takes on a new appearance each year with the festival of Temps de Flors, which transforms the most emblematic parts of the city with floral creations that are full of colour. For ten days, the streets and squares of the Barri Vell are dressed head to foot in spectacular explosions of flowers, which draw hundreds of visitors from around the world. Although it can be difficult to avoid the crowds, the volume of tourists usually falls on working days and in the evenings.
