At the Centre Cívic Santa Eugènia they're sure of something: cultural action is, and can be, a good tool for neighbourhood social cohesion. For this reason, the activities, courses, exhibitions and conferences never stop there: creative dance, drawing, photography, chi-king and multiple varities of yoga. The building, in addition, has its own particular history: it's a former 'masia' (Catalan country house) that dates from the 15th century and is called el Mas del Marquès de Camps. The house has been remodelled down the centuries, and at the start of the 20th, there were three different families living in different spaces in the building: Can Abres, Can Dositeu and Can Ninetes, which is how the space is known today.
