Like a small oasis far from the noise of the local beaches, which get crammed in the summer, the restaurant Sa Punta is infused with calm and produces excellent dishes made with fresh ingredients. With views of the Illes Medes and surrounded by pine trees, you can sample dishes that taste of the sea and benefit from modern cooking trends. For instance, salad of Palamós prawns with aubergine caviar, ragu of artichokes with clams, bathed peas with sea cucumbers and mint perfume, and sautéed baby squid with crispy boned pig's trotters. Meat gets a similarly sophisticated treatment with creations such as country chicken with prawns, or steak tartare prepared at your table. Avoid having to make the choice with their tasting menu, featuring four dishes and two desserts that change daily.
