You could try a salad of caramelised tomatoes with parmesan cream and lemon jelly, or tuna cannelloni with Med flavours, which is one of the restaurant's most archteypal dishes. For dessert, how about the liquid chocolate bonbons with blackcurrant sorbet, or the cheesecake with cherry sorbet? Absolutely delicious.
