This is an oasis for cinephiles. If your god is Orson Welles and you still dream of losing yourself in the streets of Paris with Jean Seberg, this is your cinema. The Cinema Truffaut - formerly known as the Sala B of the iconic Cinema Modern - was created in 1992 by the Col·lectiu de Crítics de Cinema de Girona (the Collective of Girona Cinema Critics), and it's the only cinema in the city that only shows films in their original language (with subtitles). In addition, they organise book and film presentations, and screen seasons of films from the Filmoteca de Catalunya.
