And, in case you didn’t know, miso is that super tasty fermented bean paste found in a lot of Japanese cooking – and, on occasion, drinks. You’ll even learn how to make your own gluten-free soy sauce, known as 'tamari'. We’re sure you’ll have a microbe-ly marvellous time indeed.
