This summer, Hendrick’s Gin is taking over the Virgin Hotel in Edinburgh with the peculiar Hendrick’s Hot House experience. Expect the unexpected! A Victorian pergola, cucumbers galore and a bespoke cocktail menu with delectable cocktails on offer. Booking recommended!

Fancy yourself a bit of a food maestro? Join Koji Kitchen for a miso-making class that covers all bases. And, in case you didn’t know, miso is that super tasty fermented bean paste found in a lot of Japanese cooking – and, on occasion, drinks. You’ll even learn how to make your own gluten-free soy sauce, known as 'tamari'. We’re sure you’ll have a microbe-ly marvellous time indeed.
