Samuel Beckett's most famous play ‘Waiting for Godot’ feels like it’s staged endlessly, but there's very good word on this production from Ireland’s great Druid Theatre, which has been hailed as funnier and more emotional than the usual interpretation of the iconic drama about two tramps stuck in an existentiual no man’s land. Any which way, it’s as solid a bet as you can imagine from the Edinburgh International Festival programme.
