Edinburgh Marathon Festival

While you may scoff at the continued festivalisation of all events in Edinburgh, this one earns the tag with a host of additional events for runners of all abilities. 5k, 10k and junior races take place in Holyrood Park on the Saturday, with the main marathon (plus half marathon and relay) departing from London Road on the Sunday morning.
