Although operating as a standard butcher with good quality beef, lamb, pork and venison – since 1955 – Crombies also scores high when it comes to its black pudding, haggis, meat pies and pastries but especially its amazing sausages. They come in many varieties – British, German, Italian and others – and typical temptations would be the lamb, rosemary and garlic, or venison with redcurrant and basil.
