Time Out says

The Dunstane is an accomplished boutique hotel around ten minutes’ walk beyond Haymarket station. Skerries is its formal dining room which makes a serious effort with Scottish produce, especially from Orkney and environs. That could bring a starter like cream of celeriac soup with Grimbister cheese, then Scrabster-landed monkfish with savoy cabbage and chestnut mushrooms. It’s not far from the city centre although it feels it – worth the trip though.
