The fourth floor of Harvey Nichols in Edinburgh is food and drink central with many options to tempt the casual shopper. The Forth Floor Brasserie and Restaurant however – punnily named for the Firth of Forth – are easily the most accomplished. Sharing an extensive space overlooking St Andrew Square, they are discreetly partitioned from each other, the Restaurant more formal and expensive than the Brasserie but both modern European in style.
