Time Out says

The Safari Lounge isn’t a name idly applied to this bar near the top end of Easter Road. Customers entering the wood-panelled bar area (which is lit by antler chandeliers) can have a seat either on the wide, faux crocodile skin banquette area or, if they’re feeling brave, the full-on Tiger Lounge (which is decorated exactly as you might think). Décor aside, there’s an exotic vibe to the food menu as well: traditional coriander is swapped out for a slightly spicier carrot and cumin soup, with the tasty smells of aubergine fritters, Asian stir fry and Saigon prawns wafting through the whole place thanks to the large, open grill area just off the bar. The drinks selection is also far from tame, with international lagers (Kozel, Estrella, Amstel) alongside the bar’s own Safari Lager and a trio of pumps, the most alluring on our visit being the Titanic Plum Porter.
