The Dublin Pizza Company owners flew all the way to Naples to learn the craft of pizza-making, but the organic ingredients they use are sourced right from their own backyard. In order to guarantee optimal freshness, they built their own polytunnel, or hoop-shaped greenhouse, near Stoneybatter. From staples like Margherita and four cheese to their signature DPC with whiskey-cured salami, every wood fired wonder is made-to-order. They also offer garlic focaccia, bruschetta, and homemade dips like smoked garlic and chive buttermilk, Italian herbs and red chilli olive oil, and black garlic and truffle aioli. In addition to the Aungier Street outpost, you can find Dublin Pizza Company at the trendy Fourth Corner in Dublin 8. It’s the perfect solution for night-in nourishment, post-pub munchies, or next-day hangover cure.
