ChoLon Bistro

This sleek Asian bistro has been a favorite of the Mile High City since opening its doors in 2010. The varied menu presents flavors from all over the Asian continent: think Vietnamese lobster crepes with nuoc cham and Burmese tea leaf salad with nuts and seeds. Its wildly inventive soup dumplings combine two eternal classics: Shanghainese xiao long bao and French onion soup.
