Time Out says

Brought to you by Marriott, the MOXY brand is hip, relaxed and all about the small touches that can make a hotel stay memorable. The lobby lounge of this well-located Cherry Creek spot is impeccably designed, with comfy seating areas, a market and novelty vending machine, and games (both board and bigger, like foosball); when the weather is nice, the entire room opens up onto the fire-pit dotted patio.

You'll receive a boozy welcome drink upon arrival, and it might be an hour or two before you even make it to your room (pause for a photo opp on the ski lift chair by the elevators). Rooms are modestly sized, but well appointed with large windows, comfy beds and modern amenities (including cute folding chairs and totes you can use during your stay and even purchase upon departure). You may enter your room to find it "hooked up"; Moxy Hookups are creative, thoughtful extras doled out to guests at random, from a string of twinkling lights strung around the room to a Denver teddy bear waiting on your bed.

In terms of extras, Moxy sets itself apart with a gym you'll actually want to work out in, with lots of natural light and a chalk wall full of inspirational shouts. The front desk doubles as a bar, so socializing is basically built into your experience. And you won't just be chatting with other travelers—the Moxy is such a gem that even locals hang out.
