Buzetska Subotina (Buzet Saturday)

One of inland Istria’s biggest street parties, culminating in the frying of a massive truffle omelette (made with the symbolic number of 2020 eggs). There are plenty of stalls selling food, drink and crafts, and an outdoor concert stage with great traditional music and dancing.
