Calling itself ‘The Key to Poreč’, Peterokutna kula stands at the gateway to the Old Town, a pentagonal tower built in 1447 with a handful of restaurant tables at the top. Most of its many seats are inside, a pleasantly restored space, though the panoramic ones are at a premium in high season and worth booking around the hour of sunset. The menu has changed its approach in recent years, experimenting with molecular gastronomy made with Istrian ingredients.
