Konoba Panorama

Konoba Panorama is 13km from Makarska, just north of Baška Voda, at the foot of Biokovo. If you're visiting Biokovo, this might make a nice place to treat yourself after a hike. Located a way up the mountain, it offers a fantastic panorama of the sea and coast. Some of their more special dishes require pre-ordering, so if you'd like to eat peka – meat and vegetables cooked under a bell – be advised you should call the day before to order (take the name of the person you speak with and then call again the morning of your visit, just to make absolutely sure). Still worth a trip for the regular menu if you haven't pre-ordered a special dish.
