New, new, new
In tow is a new state-of-the-art wine and spirits menu - completely revised.
The restaurant also has a new chef on board: Matija Pavlić, a talent from Croatia's region of Međimurje. Pavlić kicked off his career in Čakovec, while his first fine-dining restaurant was De Canavellis on Korčula. After a stint at The Ledbury in London, Pavlić made the rounds at 360 in Dubrovnik, Sabbia in Crikvenica, and Noel, Mano, and Barbieri's in Zagreb.

With a new groove in both the kitchen and the bar, this reopening will mark Pod Zidom's first time back in full swing since the outbreak of the pandemic.
