American band Swans are making a return to Zagreb, performing in the capital for the first time in seven years. The experimental outfit, formed in 1982, are in Croatia on Wednesday, November 8 as part of their European tour promoting their newest (and 16th) studio album The Beggar. This made headlines not only for its positive reception but also for its closing track, The Beggar Lover (Three), which lasts nearly 44 minutes. The venue, Kino SC, is a smaller, seated venue which promises to foster an intimate atmosphere and make this concert a rare and unique opportunity.

Swans will be performing at Kino SC at 8pm, with Detroit guitarist Norman Westberg – a long-time collaborator with the band – opening the show. The venue is located at the student centre (Savska 25) and can be found by entering through the passage off the street, left of the large billboards.

Tickets are available here.

Date: November 8
Venue: Kino SC, Savska cesta 25
Tickets: €29, €33 or €37
