Brno-based RegioJet will be laying on night trains from the Czech capital Prague to Split via Zagreb and Rijeka from 3 June.
Comfortable and affordable – a berth in a sleeping car the whole distance of more than 1,000km is only €44 – the RegioJet route will run until the end of September. The service will be daily in high season, in July and August.
It stops en route in Bratislava but not in Budapest. The train in signature yellow colours will pull out of Prague just after 4.30pm, arriving into Zagreb just after 5am then, dividing in Ogulin, will go on to Rijeka for 10.15am and Split for 1.45pm.
