The new Michelin Guide Croatia 2022 has not only granted stars to all ten dining destinations that held this coveted status in 2021, but given two restaurants Green Stars for commitment to more sustainable gastronomy.
In all, 84 restaurants across Croatia, including seven new additions, are included in the guide. Of the ten with stars, Draga di Lovrana in Lovran and Boškinac in Novalja had changes of head chef yet still maintained their same high standards.
Of the other eight, two are in Rovinj, Monte and Agli Amici, and one in Rijeka, Nebo. In Zagreb, Noel still holds its star, as do 360º in Dubrovnik, Pelegrini in Šibenik, Alfred Keller in Mali Lošinj and LD Restaurant in Korčula. Gaining green awards are Zinfandel’s in Zagreb and Konoba Mate in Pupnat, Korčula.
A dozen restaurants carry Michelin’s Bib Gourmand award, including the recently anointed Šug in Split.
