A chance meeting at a dinner party (and an Instagram DM) brought Phillipe Sobon and Cynthia Orobio together in 2019, eventually resulting in a restaurant concept that combines their respective Polish and Colombian heritages. During this class, Chef Phillipe will show you how to cook pasta, showcasing his recipies for fettucine and pesto ravioli. The ticket includes the hands-on class, a taste of each dish and recipe cards to create the dishes at home.
