Women and Children First Block Party

Andersonville's femenist bookstore Women and Children First marks it 40th anniversary with a community block party, featuring free food and drinks provided by local restaurants like Bar Roma, Big Jones, Hopleaf, Middle East Bakery and more. Show up throughout the day for a Drag Queen Story Hour as well as performances from Laura Doherty, Artemis Singers, all-female Beastie Boys tribute act She's Crafty and brass marching band the Clamor & Lace Noise Brigade.
