Many a jazz acts have graced the Western 'burbs' banquet hall, including greats like Basie and Benny Goodman, and the modern Big Bad Voodoo Daddy band. The wedding banquet hall is equally noted for its tragic 1930 fire; a ghost named Resurrection Mary that allegedly visits the site; and its salsa, swing and ballroom lessons.
