Time Out says

Slurp down bivalves for a good cause at The Publican’s annual oyster shucking marathon. A host of Chicago’s biggest chefs will jump behind an eight-foot “oyster boat” to shuck things up, and guests are invited to enjoy $2 oysters between 5pm-9pm. Participating chefs include Mindy Segal, Joe Frillman, Jonathan Zaragoza and more. Proceeds will benefit Pilot Light, an organization educating and inspiring students to be changemakers for an equitable, sustainable and accessible food future.
