The Dawson x The Dead Rabbit

The Dawson is partnering with famed New York bar The Dead Rabbit for a special one-night pop-up event. The second floor of the restaurant will be transformed into a unique space that celebrates Chicago and New York’s respective bar scenes along with Irish heritage and spirits culture. Guests will be able to try limited-edition cocktails, Irish-inspired dishes and live Irish music. A portion of proceeds will benefit the Illinois Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.
