Speed Rack

This annual competition gathers 20 of the most talented female bartenders from throughout Chicago for an evening of making cocktails as quickly (and accurately) as possible. Each competitior mixes a round of drinks, selected at random from a list of recipes, and submits the results to be tasted by a panel of judges. At the end of the night, the fastest and most-skilled woman will advance to the national finals where they'll compete against bartenders from across the U.S. Attendees will be able to watch the Speed Rack competition while enjoying snacks and cocktails, with proceeds benefitting breast cancer research and prevention non-profits.
